At the University’s faculties with independent doctoral schools, the representation of doctoral students and doctoral candidates is provided by the subunions of Faculty Doctoral Students Unions. In faculty-level matters, the powers of the University Doctoral Students Union are exercised by the competent Faculty Union, whose members consist of the doctoral students enrolled in the programs managed by the respective faculty.

Faculty Union General Assemblies

The representatives of the Faculty Doctoral Students Unions, who serve as members of the Faculty Union General Assemblies, are elected during the annual elections of the University Doctoral Students Union organized by the Supervisory Board. The Faculty Union General Assemblies elect the Faculty Union President, the faculty's representatives to the University Doctoral Students Union’s General Assembly, and the delegates to the Supervisory Board. Furthermore, they appoint delegates to the faculty and institutional bodies as defined in the University’s Organizational and Operational Regulations.
